Recently I posted an article about the well known and busy Jesse Morrell in  his own words in which he refuted and wrested doctrines essential to eternal salvation.  In the post  “Jesse Morrell – Why You Should Mark Him And Avoid Him” I named some well known and busy street preachers who share much if not all of Morrell’s  damnable beliefs.  In the next few paragraphs you will find the comments of Pastor Mike Croft concerning Jesse Morrell which are being published here to Biblically clarify the plan of salvation  in hope that Morrell and his followers will see the error of their ways and come to Jesus Christ as Saviour.  Please read and enjoy this short but powerful sermon addressing the ENDURE TO THE END CULT.  Now here is Pastor Croft…

The problem with his (Jesse Morrell)  belief is He has no clue what the standard of God is. God’s standard is 100% obedience to His law. God’s standard of salvation is not being good, loving others, following Jesus, stopping your sin or any other work you can drum up. If you have lied, stole, cursed, disobeyed your parents, put God second, loved an idol more than God, committed adultery, coveted something that is not yours, etc. You are 100% guilty of breaking all the laws.

Jesus Christ is God’s standard when it comes to salvation. If you could lose your salvation, by as they say, “walking away from Jesus” or backsliding then this means a holy God condoned your small sins all along. This is total nonsense. Also God knowing your whole life, chose to adopt you into His family, as His child determines He has made a mistake and will unadopt a child of His???? Hello?

I honestly think many of these people are NOT born again. Also notice people who are doing good things are the ones who are usually in trouble. Take Matthew 7: 22-23 “Many will say in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” Now why would those who seem to be doing God’s work be lost? The answer is found in verse 21 “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in heaven.” So the key to going to heaven is found by doing the WILL OF GOD. Jesus said in John 6:40 “And this is the WILL of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life…..”

Our behavior has not one thing to do with SALVATION but everything to do with SERVICE. A child of God sin’s are forgiven by faith in the Lord Jesus and believing in His death, burial, and resurrection. “Ye must be born again” by faith under the conviction of the Holy Spirit which the Father uses to convict and convert His child to Christ. We are saved by the saving, sacred, sinless, and shared blood alone. You cannot add even one act of your own holiness, faithfulness, righteousness because there will be NO boasting in heaven. 1 John 5:10-12 wraps up the discussion “He that believeth on the Son of God (born again) hath the witness in himself (the Holy Spirit) he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son hath not life.” God does everything legally and in order. Nothing is left to chance or to human plan. If God could take back the GIFT of salvation it would cease to be a GIFT and make the entire Bible a lie.

We will be judged at the Bema Judgment as servants and Sons but not as sinners. Sin was dealt with at Calvary. On earth sin is dealt with as a family issue and a Christian will suffer chastening from the Father for disobedience. If you are not chastened you are lost as a goose!
