Psalms 17:15 – SATISFIED

BE SATISFIED

As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.  Ps. 17:15

The founder of the Jehovah Witness cults last words were reported to have been, “I’m entering into outer darkness”.

George Whitefield, the great 18th Century preacher had a totally different testimony as he approached  death’s moment.  He lay dying and quoted Psalm 17:15 several times, then he finished with a sigh and the words, “I shall be satisfied”.  A short pause, then “satisfied”, and he went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is perfectly capable, willing, and ready to satisfy our every longing for righteousness and in the end we will awake with his likeness.

Are you satisfied with and by the righteousness of Christ?

    John4:14..But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst;but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life
