Just as King Ahaz copied the Assyrians’ altar to the heathen gods thus offering up blemished sacrifices to the LORD; todays Christians are copying the world’s mu-sick and offering a blemished sacrifice in the form of christian rock, christian rap, and CCM. King Ahaz in his leadership role never exclusively separated himself from the world. Many pastors and Christians are following the king’s example and refusing to separate themselves from the world, thus mixing the world with the worship of God. Jesus Christ will have no part of it! Many convince themselves that the “good fleshly feelings” that accompany c-rock, c-rap, and CCM are the result of a visit of the Holy Ghost. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 1 Jn. 4:1
The born again believer in Christ Jesus must consider what awaits him or her at the judgment seat of Christ when they fail to be a doer of the word and a hearer only concerning God’s standards (AV1611 Bible) for method of worship as set down in the holy script. Hosea the prophet warned Israel and we would do well to heed this warning also! They have deeply corrupted themselves,…(CHRISTIAN ROCK) and their abominations were according as they loved…(CHRISTIAN RAP) Woe also to them when I depart from them! Hosea 9:9-10, 12
May I challenge you to search the lyrics of the sensual satanic c-rock, c-rap, and CCM mu-sick being passed off as Christian praise and worship in our churches today? Search the lyrics of these christian rock, rap and CCM songs for the name of Jesus or the gospel. These ecumenical minstrels can write entire songs without mentioning the name of Jesus Christ or good Biblical doctrine: think about this and examine what you are listening to in the light of God’s word.
God speaks in Psalm 40 verse 3 of putting a new song in our mouths. Brethren this is truly a new song the Lord gives us; not the worldly, “christian” rock/rap VOMIT many are offering upon the table of the Lord and calling it praise and worship!
The Apostle Paul taught clearly about the types and purpose of music in Christian worship. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Col. 3:16 and again in Eph. 5:19 Isaiah the prophet spoke of a holy solemnity that would be found in the right music. Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth into the mountain of the LORD, the mighty one of Israel. Isaiah 30:29
Go back with me and look at Moses’ encounter with God on Mount Sinai, think about the greatness and holiness of the LORD. Would you want to meet Almighty God on the mount as Moses did; being accompanied by your favorite c-rocker or c-rapper spouting out their hellish nonsense accompanied by their body language choreographed in hell itself; and then try to convince God that this heretical noise is just praise and worship that He should enjoy and approve? I think not!
Some might think that past heroes of the faith would turn over in the grave if they could see what is being passed off as Christian praise and worship today. I say they would be spinning at high rotation if they could witness the musical vomit being spread on the LORD’s table by heretics who call it praise and worship!!!!!!

Just the opposite of what they see and believe : they worship the Lord with there mouths and there lips but there hearts are far from him ….
