Ok, let’s get something straight, the word “TRINITY” is not found in the Scriptures (AV1611 of course”). But, the chosen and best word the Holy Ghost used to describe the Living TRIUNE God is Godhead, found in the book of Romans. We will look at more Scriptural truth found in Chapter 18 of Genesis.
Before we continue, let us remember the priest of Salem, Melchisedec found in the Book of Hebrews. He was a type of pre-incarnate Jesus Christ. Now look at how God appeared unto Abram (Abraham).
And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre:…And he lift up his eyes, and LO, three men stood by him:…, and he bowed himself toward the ground, and said, My Lord, Genesis chapter 1:1,2,3
Notice, if you will, how the words LORD and three men are used interchangeably in reference to the being; God; Abram is conversing with.
And they said unto him,…And he said,.. Genesis 1:9,10
Here is some more Scripture from one sentence proving the appearance of three men in Genesis chapter one was an appearance of the Living Godhead.
